Description
Overview
GW-707H VAE emulsion has slightly higher viscosity, better water resistance and better compatibility with polymers, solvents and other additives than GW-707 VAE emulsion. It still has excellent adhesion after adding a large amount of fillers, which makes it very suitable as an adhesive base with cheap fillers to adjust viscosity and reduce costs.

Paper Product Processing
VAE emulsion has become a high-performance, environmentally friendly core auxiliary agent in paper product processing through the triple mechanism of "fiber reinforcement-surface optimization-functionality imparting". Its core value lies in considering strength, printability and special functions, and significantly reducing production costs.
Adhesive
Polyvinyl alcohol in adhesives has become a multi-scenario bonding solution through the three-in-one mechanism of "polar adhesion-film enhancement-chemical modification". Its core value lies in safety and environmental protection, broad-spectrum bonding, and easy modification, and it is especially suitable for cellulose substrates.
Coating
Polyvinyl alcohol has become a "performance bridge" in the coating system through the four mechanisms of film-forming reinforcement, interface bonding, construction optimization and functional modification. Its core value lies in the balance of rigidity and flexibility (improving the crack resistance and adhesion of the coating), water-air regulation (considering both waterproof and breathable requirements), and environmental protection and economy (non-toxic, biodegradable, and reducing the amount of emulsion). Waterproof Coating
VAE emulsion upgrades rigid cement-based coatings into highly durable waterproof systems through three core mechanisms: hydrophobic film formation, pore filling, and flexible stress buffering. It has the characteristics of inherent waterproofing, dynamic protection, and green construction.

Storage
VAE Emulsion must be stored indoors, keep good ventilation, storage temperature 5-37℃ (if lower than 0℃, the product will freeze into lumps or even solidify, and not easy to thaw, even if thawed, it is easy to form lumps; if the temperature is higher than 24℃, it is easy to cause the product surface to thicken or even crust, but it can still be used after removing the crust. If the product is not used up after opening the lid, it should be tightly closed immediately to prevent skin formation). The storage period of the product is less than 180 days (counting from the date of production). If the storage period exceeds, it shall be re-inspected according to the standard before use.
