Re-dispersible Emulsion Powder(RDP)

Oct 24, 2024

Brief Introduction
Re-dispersible emulsion powder (RDP) is made of polymer emulsion by adding protective colloid and other substances, and then dried by spray. With water as the dispersion medium, it can form emulsion again, which is a redispersible polymer powder.

Redispersible emulsion powder products are new building materials produced by Anhui Wanwei Group Co., Ltd. by taking advantage of its own PVA raw materials and metal advantages, introducing advanced Danish Niro spray drying technology and devices, and using DCS and PLC systems to control production. This product has high flexibility, high weather resistance, and high adhesion to various substrates. It is an important additive in dry mixed mortar, which can improve the elasticity, bending strength, and flexural strength of building materials, reduce shrinkage, and effectively prevent cracking.

Sign
The packaging of Redispersible emulsion powder products leaving the factory should have clear and firm markings, including product name, implementation standards, producer's name and address, net content, production batch number, certificate of conformity, and the "moisture-proof", "sunscreen", "prohibited hand hooks" and "stacking limit" markings specified in GB/T191.

Packaging
This product is generally packaged in paper plastic composite bags with plastic packaging bags, or other containers that can provide protective measures and ensure product quality. The packaging container should be waterproof and moisture-proof, not contaminate the product, and avoid leakage.
Transportation
Waterproof, sunscreen, and fire-resistant during transportation.
Storage
Redispersible emulsion powder should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, away from sources of fire and heat. The storage temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 60%.
Expiration Date
Under the packaging, transportation, and storage conditions that meet the standard requirements, the expiration date of this product is 6 months. Products that exceed the expiration date can continue to be used if they do not clump and have been inspected to meet the standard requirements.
Security
Redispersible emulsion powder is a combustible material, and users should take appropriate safety and health measures. When exposed to high concentrations, they should wear dust masks, anti-static clothing, and other labor protection equipment.
